Speaking on matters related to defense and security between India and Nepal, Shri Dattatreya Hosbale, RSS Sah-Sarkaryavah said that the relationship of Indo-Nepal is very ancient. They were addressing the concluding session of the two-day seminar organized jointly by the International Cooperation Council-India and Policy Research Establishment-Nepal, at the Forest Research Institute, Dehradun on Wednesday.
He said that we are one in cultural, social, traditions, dharmic and spiritual form and dharmic journey. Our dharmic texts and epics are one. Therefore, our relationship is strong on this basis. Our civilization, historicity, bread and daughter relation are also similar. Swami Vivekananda has said that human beings are the problem; human beings are the solution. We should work together without hesitation in every field and remain strong, reliable.
After Partition in 1947, Pakistan and Bangladesh was formed. Both of these changed their culture, changed their path, separated themselves on the basis of religion and stopped the boundaries with India, so our relations with those two countries changed but India and Nepal did not do this. Despite the different nations, the borders kept open. Having co-ordinated each other and moving forward in every field. In the field of defense-security and on open border, they are developing and developing and will continue to work with firm belief. Action was taken in Bhutan and Myanmar in collaboration with the Government of India to prevent terrorism in the matter of security in India. Similar expectations will also be from Nepal in this regard.
We should not under-estimate our Mathrusakthi and should take along with them. He said that we will not have to go ahead with understanding of our mother tongue as weak. They have to believe in them. They will have to mention in the discussions of the subjects and have to cooperate with them. He said that our destiny, role is our mission one.

भारत-नेपाल के बीच रक्षा एवं सुरक्षा संबंधी मामलों पर बोलते हुए संघ के सह सरकार्यवाह दत्तात्रेय होसबोले ने कहा कि भारत-नेपाल का संबंध अत्यंत प्राचीन है। वे बुधवार को फाॅरेस्ट रिसर्च इंस्टिट्यूट देहरादून मंे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहयोग परिषद-भारत और नीति अनुसंधान प्रतिष्ठान-नेपाल के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित दो दिवसीय संगोष्ठी के समापन सत्र को संबोधित कर रहे थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि हम लोग सांस्कृतिक, सामाजिक, परम्पराओं, धार्मिक व आध्यात्मिक रूप से एक है। हम एक दूसरे के यहा धार्मिक यात्रा करते है। हमारे धार्मिक ग्रंथ व महाकाव्य एक है। इसलिए हमारे संबंध इसी आधार पर मजबूत है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सभ्यता, ऐतिहासिकता के रूप से भी हम एक है। हमारा रोटी-बेटी के संबंध से ही नहीं उससे आगे का संबंध है। स्वामी विवेकानंद ने कहा है कि मनुष्य ही समस्या है, मनुष्य ही समाधान है। इसलिए हमारे संबंध, हमारा समन्वय प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में अच्छा रहे, मजबूत रहे और विश्वसनीय बना रहे। इसके लिए हर परिस्थितियों में हमकों मिलकर दृढ़ विश्वास के साथ संशय रहित होकर कार्य करना होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि १९४७ में भारत का विभाजन हुआ। पाकिस्तान और बंग्लादेश बने। इन दोनों ने अपनी संस्कृति बदली, रास्ता बदला रिलिजन के आधार पर अपने को अलग किया और भारत के साथ सीमायें बंद कर दी इसलिए उन दोनों देशों के साथ हमारे संबंध बदले किन्तु भारत और नेपाल ने ऐसा नहीं किया। अलग राष्ट्र होने पर भी सीमायें खुली रखी। एक दूसरे पर विश्वास करते हुए समन्वय बना कर हर क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ते रहे। रक्षा-सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में व खुली सीमा पर मिलकर व समन्यव बनाकर विकास कर रहे हैं और आगे भी दृढ़ विश्वास के साथ विकास कार्य करते रहेंगे। सुरक्षा के विषय में भारत मंे अंतकवाद को रोकने के लिए भूटान और म्यांमार में वहां के सरकार के सहयोग से कार्रवाई की गई। ऐसी ही अपेक्षा इस संबंध में नेपाल से भी रहेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमें मातृशाक्ति को कमजोर न समझकर उसे भी आगे बढा़ना होगा। उनपर विश्वास करना होगा। विषयों की चर्चा में उनका उल्लेख करना होगा और उनसे सहयोग लेना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी नियति, भूमिका हमारा मिशन एक है।
