प.पू सरसंघचालक मा. मोहन भागवत जी द्वारा ब्रजप्रान्त आगरा के विश्वविद्यालय एवं महाविद्यालयीय शिक्षकों के मध्य उदबोधन

शनिवार को पू.पू. सरसंघचालक मोहन जी भागवत राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, ब्रजप्रांत द्वारा आयोजित महाविद्यालीय व विश्वविद्यालीय शिक्षक सम्मेलन में सहभागिता हेतु अपने चार दिवसीय प्रवास पर आगरा पधारे। सम्मेलन के प्रथम सत्र में समूचे ब्रजप्रांत के विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों, तकनीकि व प्रौद्यौगिकी और प्रबंधकीय शिक्षण संस्थाओं के करीब एक हजार से अधिक शिक्षकगण, कुलपति, कुलसचिवों ने मुक्त चर्चा में भाग लेते हुए मंच के समक्ष अपने विचारों व प्रश्नों को पटल पर रखा। शिक्षक बंधुओं को संबोधित करते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के प.पू. सरसंघचालक मोहन जी भागवत ने कहा कि वर्तमान शिक्षण पद्धिति की व्यवस्था ठीक होनी चाहिए, तब काम ठीक होगा। उन्होंने उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि जिस प्रकार भात पकाने के लिए पानी और भाप की आवश्यकता होती है, केवल धूप से काम नहीं चलता। उसी प्रकार व्यवस्था बनानी है या बदलनी हैं तो पहले स्वयं को बदलना पडे़गा और उसका माध्यम बनेगी हमारी मजबूत इच्छाशक्ति। उन्होंने कहा कि मनुष्य यह मानता है कि मैं जो कहता हूं या करता हूं, वह उत्तम है और मैं कभी गलती नहीं करूंगा। मनुष्य का यह मानना ही पहले अपने दुःख और बाद में समाज के दुःख का कारण बन जाता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था सौ प्रतिशत ठीक, ऐसा हम भी नहीं मानते और जो शिक्षा नीति बनाने है, वह भी इस बात से सहमत हैं कि व्यवस्था का पुर्ननिरीक्षण होना चाहिए। समाजवाद, पूंजीवादी व्यवस्था को हमने देखा लेकिन, देश में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं आया। व्यवस्था से कुछ नहीं बदला, क्यों ना व्यक्ति से शुरू करें। संघ ने प्रयोग किया व्यक्ति और व्यक्तित्व को बदलने का। संघ से इस प्रयोग से परिवर्तन दिखाई दिया कि लोग जात-पात के भेद को भुलाकर एक सूत्र में बंधे और धीरे-धीरे समाज जाग्रति की ओर अग्रसर हुआ। करीब एक हजार से अधिक शिक्षक बंधुओं को संबोधित करते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरसंघचालक प.पू. मोहन जी भागवत ने कहा कि गलती अंग्रेजो व मुगलों की नहीं, बल्कि हमारी स्वयं की नादानी हैं। इसलिए समाज को बदलो व्यवस्था अपने आप बदल जाएगी।
पू. पू. सरसंघचालक जी ने कहा कि व्यवस्था अपने आप नहीं चलती, उसे मनुष्य चलाते है, महत्व इस बात का है कि चलाने वाला व्यक्ति कैसा है। अंत में उन्होंने शिक्षक बंधुओं से कहा कि समाज को बदलों, व्यवस्था अपने आप बदल जाएगी। शिक्षा के द्वारा शिक्षकों को इस प्रकार का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए कि हमारा राष्ट्र शोषण मुक्त व समरस समाज की सृष्टि करने वाला बने। शिक्षकों को संबोधित करते हुए प. पू. सरसंघचालक जी ने कहा कि इजराइल पर पांच बार विदेशी विद्रोहियों ने आक्रमण किया लेकिन, मातृभूमि की रक्षा का संकल्प लिए वहां के निवासियों ने ना केवल विद्रोहियों को परास्त किया बल्कि पांचों युद्व में विजय के साथ अपनी सीमा का विस्तार भी किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इजराइल निवासियों की दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति ने रेगिस्तान वाले देश को आनंदवन बना दिया।
मुक्त चर्चा के दौरान सम्मेलन में उपस्थित शिक्षकबंधुओं द्वारा वर्तमान शिक्षा प्रणाली में व्याप्त व्यवसायिकता व अन्य विक्रतियों को सुनने के बाद प.पू. सरसंघचालक जी ने कहा कि उनकी बात को वह केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री तक पहुंचा देंगे और उनसे आग्रह करेंगे कि वह वर्तमान शिक्षा पद्धिति में व्याप्त बुराईयांें को दूर करने का प्रयास करें। शिक्षकों से पू. पू. सरसंघचालक जी ने कहा कि संघ शाखा चलाता है और स्वयंसेवकों का निमार्ण करता है। आगे चलकर स्वयंसेवक समाज में व्याप्त विकृतियों को दूर करने का कार्य करते हैं। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से कहा कि वह शिक्षा मंत्री को सीधे पत्र लिखकर अपनी समस्याएं बताएं और वह शिक्षा मंत्री से पूछंेगे कि आगरा से कितने शिक्षकों के पत्र आए।

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरसंघचालक मोहन भागवत जी ने कहा कि वर्तमान में समाज परिवर्तन की आवश्यकता है और यह परिवर्तन समाज में सम्यक आचरण और बंधुत्व की भावना का आत्मीयता के प्रबोधन के साथ उत्पन्न होगी। अतः हम सभी को कुटुम्ब को आधार बनाकर संघर्ष करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शिवाजी ने कुटुम्ब को आधार बनाकर संघर्ष किया था और यही वजह थी कि वे संस्कारवानों की फौज खड़ी कर सके।
मोहन भागवत जी रविवार को राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, ब्रज प्रांत द्वारा आयोजित युवा दम्पत्ति सम्मेलन को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा इतिहास सबसे पुराना है। जब हमने आंख खोली तभी भी हम परम वैभव सम्पन्न राष्ट्र थे। उन्होंने कहा कि सभ्यता समय के अनुसार बदलती हैं, परंतु नहीं बदलती तो केवल संस्कृति। एक बच्चे को यह सिखाने की जिम्मेदारी परिवार की होनी चाहिए कि वह दूसरों के लिये कैसे जिये। उन्होंने कहा कि पश्चिम में बाजार का भाव समाज को प्रभावित करता है। भारतीय समाज में जरूरतमंद की आवश्कताओं को पूरा करने की सीख मिलती है। उस बाजार भाव का कोई मतलब नहीं है, जहां आत्मीयता, अनुशासन, पूर्वजों की दी गयी सीख को किनारे कर दिया जाए। हमें पूर्वजों की दी हुई सीख से ही आगे बढ़ना है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश को दिशा देने के लिए कुटुम्ब को मजबूत करना होगा और बच्चों को संस्कारों की शिक्षा देनी पड़ेगी। तभी देश को आगे बढ़ाने में नवदम्पतियों को सहयोग पूरा होगा। अपनी पहचान देश से होनी चाहिये। उन्होंने कहा कि जो समाज सभी समाज की बात करता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक भारतीय परिवार अपने आप में अर्थशास्त्र की यूनिट है क्योंकि वह सारे समाज को अपना मानता है। उन्होंने कहा कि विविधता और भारतीय मूल्य कभी भी परिवर्तित नहीं हो सकते। वहीं कश्मीर समस्या पर उन्होंने कहा कि पहले कश्मीर में आतंकवाद था और अटल जी की सरकार के प्रयासों से कश्मीर में बहुत हद तक आतंकवाद कम हुआ। अगर पहले की सरकारें प्रयास करतीं तो कश्मीर की समस्या पूरी तरह समाप्त हो जाती। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकारें अच्छा काम कर रही हैं। कश्मीर के लोग पाकिस्तान के साथ रहना नहीं चाहते। हम कश्मीर के लोगों में राष्ट्रीय विचारों को उत्पन्न करने का प्रयास करें।

RSS SarsanghChalak, Shri Mohan Bhagwat Ji, arrived at Agra on 20th August 2016 on a 4 days trip to attend a conference of University and College teachers organized by RSS Brij Prant. In the first session of conference around 1000 delegates belonging to various universities, colleges, and management/engineering institutes from Brij Prant participated in an open discussion and put forth their ideas and concerns. Shri Mohan BhagwatJi, while addressing the gathering, asserted that current distortions in education system cannot be rectified unless until system of education delivery is corrected. For ex: to bake rice we need both water and heat. Absence of either of them will not do. Similarly to change a system individual and systemic discretions need to complement each other. Individual discretion will be outcome of our will power. A human being has a tendency towards self-glorification. Such tendencies first hurt oneself and then society.
Neither we nor current day policy makers think that current education system is absolutely prudent. It needs revaluation. Both socialism and capitalism failed to bring about favourable changes in our society. Now that system failed, why not start with individuals. Sangh experiment with changing person and personalities. Favourable changes were seen on ground with this experiment. Masses shed the barriers of caster and moved together for the betterment of society. He emphasized that our woes are self-inflicted. Blaming Mughals or Britons for the same is self-defeating exercise. Change the society, systems will change on its own.
Systems are not self-driven. They are guided by humans. Hence the character of humans running those systems becomes imperative. He appealed to all the teachers to impart an education which leads us towards an oppression free society. Israel was attacked 5 times by foreign aggressors. But the will to protect motherland drove Israel society to such limits that it not only defeated the aggressors all the times but also expanded its territory. It was the will of Israel society that turned a barren land into fertile land.
During discussions, delegates brought to fore the curse of commercialization and other negative biases prevailing in current education system. Having heard them, he assured the gathering that he will convey the concerns to central education minister. However, we as individuals also need to do our bit to eradicate such evils. Sangh runs Shakha to develop Swayamsewaks. These Swayamsewaks on their own take up the task of cleansing society. He suggested all the delegates to write directly to Central education minister mentioning all the concerns and worries they have.

RSS SarsanghChalak, Shri Mohan BhagwatJi, said that society transformation is need of the hour. This change will be brought in by a holistic and fraternizing behaviour leading to poignancy in the society. That we all belong to same family should form the basis of this metamorphosis. That is how Shivaji erected an army of men with honour.
Shri Mohan BhagwatJi was addressing a conclave of young couples organized by RSS Brij Prant. He mentioned that we have the most ancient history. We were all sufficient civilization. Civilizations change with time but not culture. This is the responsibility of family to teach a child how to live for others. Western societies are driven by markets. But we are driven by the needs of needy. It has nothing to do with the movement in markets wherein compassion, discipline and ancient wisdom is put aside. Our ancient wisdom should form the basis of our progression. Family bonding and value education to children are utmost virtues to direct our society in right direction. That is how young couples need to contribute towards society. We must be recognized by the name of our country. Our family is the unit of our economic system as a family associates itself with rest of the society. Our diversity and values are non-transformational. On Kashmir issue, he reminded everyone that efforts of AtalJi indeed brought in peace in the valley and if the previous governments would have continued with the same, we would have solved Kashmir issue forever. Current government is doing well. Kashmir masses don’t want to be associated with Pakistan. We need to arouse nationalistic thoughts in Kashmiri masses.

Shri Mohan BhagwatJi was addressing a conclave of young couples organized by RSS Brij Prant. He mentioned that we have the most ancient history. We were all sufficient civilization. Civilizations change with time but not culture. This is the responsibility of family to teach a child how to live for others. Western societies are driven by markets. But we are driven by the needs of needy. It has nothing to do with the movement in markets wherein compassion, discipline and ancient wisdom is put aside. Our ancient wisdom should form the basis of our progression. Family bonding and value education to children are utmost virtues to direct our society in right direction. That is how young couples need to contribute towards society. We must be recognized by the name of our country. Our family is the unit of our economic system as a family associates itself with rest of the society. Our diversity and values are non-transformational. On Kashmir issue, he reminded everyone that efforts of AtalJi indeed brought in peace in the valley and if the previous governments would have continued with the same, we would have solved Kashmir issue forever. Current government is doing well. Kashmir masses don’t want to be associated with Pakistan. We need to arouse nationalistic thoughts in Kashmiri masses.
